Green Energy
Last year our parish switched to a fully green energy tariff through a CofE wide scheme – this is a significant step we can make to reduce our carbon footprint. The Church of England is encouraging all people to think about where they get their energy. Oxford Diocese suggests using the website Big Clean Switch to help you compare prices from UK green energy companies, and switch to a green tariff if you do not already use one. Several companies offer 100% renewable electricity and 100% carbon neutral gas (by offsetting the gas you use).
