Why are we becoming an Eco-Church?
Caring for our common home is about justice and love of our neighbour. You can find out more about eco-theology and why Christians care about the Earth here.
What are we already doing?
- You can visit our churchyard at St Mary & St John which is managed to encourage biodiversity
- All our energy is from green tariffs.
- We pray for and preach about the Earth and its resources regularly.
- We are working to meet all of the Bronze Award criteria.
